There are tripping hazards in what the owner states is an ally adjacent to the building. There is a playground in the parking lot across from the ally and when children are going over there, we have had some incidences of tripping. This is a safety hazard and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Please investigate this and advise of when the repairs can be made. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Per Online; Wheelchair ramp built into public alleyway is a danger to cyclists, walking, driving. Ramp is on opposite side of building from NE 45th street. Ramp leads from building to parking lot, located in middle of area with overhang at fence opening. Per Online; New playground structure creates blind corner and prohibits Waste Management vehicles from making safe entry and exit using legal right of way. Use of right of way would result in damage to persons, surrounding property, or vehicles. High foot traffic area.
