Black mold growing on bedroom walls for about 4 months and getting worse. The walls are wet and mushy, falling apart, she put her hand through her bedroom wall. Electric wall heater isn't working properly. The heater either gets stuck on high or doesn't work at all for long periods of time. Her deck is rotting and moldy, has holes in it, too dangerous to go out on. The deck from the unit above hers is also dilapidated, parts of that deck are breaking off onto her deck.
