Per online complaint "A junk scrap metal truck is parked in front or across the street to advertise service. It has tall boards on the side of the truck and phone number is spray painted on the boards. It is parked at the intersection of 40th Street and 39 SW, Seattle, WA 98146" Per L.Eulberg took complaint.

Oil tank leaked 240 gallons of oil last Thursday (12/7/06). Manangment company cleaned up breaking two windows while cleaning up. Windows still not repaired and oil smell is still there.***Talk to tenant before talking to property managment company***
