I live at 4030 Midvale Ave. N. there's a construction project behind me on Stoneway which has prevented me from getting to Stone-way safely in a wheelchair. There's also a construction project two doors down at 4020 Midvale Ave. N. their permit clearly states that they are to keep the sidewalk clear while building. As of today I cannot clearly pass through on my own block to get to Stone-way. Now I am blocked on either side and it's not safe for me to leave unless I'm right in
