Our apartment building's locked basement storage rooms (x2) were broken into, and locks weren't repaired for two weeks.  I am the individual who found a man in my basement storage area, and reported him to the police.  The supposed "upgraded" astragals and latch assemblies were installed, though NO strike plates were installed. The men performing installation assured me this was not an issue.  When notifying my AGM property manager, and leasing agent, they both assured me there wasn't an issue,
