Loud noise happens multiple times every hour, 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Can be hear from a west facing window at 403 Dexter Ave N. Sounds like some sort of pile driver or sometimes like an incredibly loud car backfiring, originally thought it was fireworks or a gun. Tried getting it on video, but it happens at odd intervals. Always multiple times every hour, sometimes just a few seconds between bangs, sometimes only once an hour. Closing window doesn't help, sound is so loud it is still heard
