4031 rental unit has installed a chicken coop 5 feet from my townhome and is causing a severe rat infestation. Title 21 zoning code states that chickens must be located 20 feet from a house (not 5 feet) and at least 10 feet from property line. The rats are increasing in numbers due to food scraps being thrown out rental window causing rat infestation. Please feel free to knock on my door and I will show inspector access from my property side yard.

Severe rat infestation due to installed chicken coop on fence line, 5 feet from my townhome.  Rat problem is increasing due to lack of action by landlord and renter. Townhome located across the street from BF Day Elementary school.  Numerous rats run wild in alleyway and side yard where children walk to school.
