Unit relisted for rental without remediation after flooding and lack of habitability led them to end our lease. They are enabling mold are not up to code for either the exterior or interior. They completely ignored my repeated requests that the address the flooding and maintain habitability under WA law and immediately relisted it despite breaking our lease. There are many other structural issues with the building with visible cracks in the ceiling as well as obvious exterior water damage

Per Online; The people hired to work on the building are not using proper safety, contamination containment. As a result, the cement dust is filling my unit and setting off smoke detectors It's also being allowed to  travel unchecked/unabated through the air in the neighborhood This needs to be remedied ASAPIt's creating an unsafe/uninhabitable living environment
