The main entrance door has had a nonfunctioning code box which the landlord refuses to repair or issue tenants keys to the property's main door. Complaints have been outstanding for over 12 months with no action.

Main entrance door key code box has been broken intermittently for over a year, but full dysfunctional for the last 2-3 months. Tenants are not issued keys to that door. Management has been notified multiple times over a period exceeding 12 months and problem has not been remedied. This is the door where tenants receive mail, so packages are not deliverable.
