Recently received notice to occupy from landlord, move out is in August. Her and roommate are only ones in triplex being asked to move. Roommate is possibly considering moving out before August. They are on separate month-to-month leases. Landlord has notified her if tenant leaves early, she will be responsible for full rent, although not mentioned in lease. Seeking tenant rights.
