Construction Permit 6878183-CN; Contractor has installed Temporary Erosion Control silt sock in street inlet at NE corner of Stone Way at N 41st St. Work in ROW is compete and contractor needs to remove the sock before they leave the site. please have your site inspector contact contractor and have them remove the sock and clean the inlet per city requirements. thank you.

After re-paving the road surface, the curbs are less than code required height of 6". In many places along the road here, the curb essentially disappears. This will cause safety risk for pedestrians and will result in cars parking with their right wheels on the sidewalk. It will also cause drainage problems with insufficient sloping from sidewalk to roadway.

Construction noise coming from this project beginning before 6 (six) AM. The noise is repeated winding sound that appears to be coming from cement trucks or pumps. This is not the first time I've been woke up by noise from this project well before 7 AM.

Per Online; Loud construction noise again this morning from concrete pour and equipment back up warnings starting at 6AM on 3/2/2021. Repeated failure or construction management to inform adjacent residents of early morning noise in advance of starting project. Prior offense was on 1/7, failed to post or inform neighboring residents of Noise Variance Permit 6816541-NV. NV permit 6819240-NV for 2/3 activity was posited on 1/29, but none since. These activities wake up neighbors
