Overgrown blackberry bushes obstructing the sidewalk. They have been like this for about 6 months (off and on even longer). The owner of the property has refused to cut them when asked by neighbors and failed to keep this maintained. The exposed sidewalk is not wide enough for a stroller or wheelchair to pass. It is posing a significant risk/deterrent to the many children and elderly who walk along the sidewalk
