Per online complaint "Outdoor storage of junk. The property owner regularly allows garbage and debris to litter the common alley either through leaving garbage bags untied, garbage bins uncovered, or loose garbage sitting out. This garbage and debris regularly litters the alley and is blown into neighboring yards."

Per online complaint: "Outdoor storage of junk (Debris) The alley behind their house is regularly littered with spilled garbage from their waste and recycling. Their bin does not have a lid and is often on it's side with trash blowing in the wind. They leave bags of garbage, trash."
