I haven't had hot water since 2/17/2025. The hot water heater is 14 years old but the landlord won't replace. She tried to get it fixed and it was set by her or the plumber to high which resulted in the hot water coming out at 158 degrees and then she asked me to lower the temperature hoping I could get it right. and then the water heater went out again so there is no hot water now day 13.
