The common areas of my apartment building have become severely neglected since a change in management. The ground-level entrance gate near Apartment 1 (off of Terrace, closest to Boren Ave,) has a broken lock, and the chain and lock installed by the previous management were removed, leaving the building accessible to unauthorized individuals. Management has recently changed, no management onsite or answering their phones. No way for tenant to drop off his payment. Does not want to be charged a late fee when he is attempting to get in contact. Tenant rights.

Tenant was put out due to fire in unit. No notice was given. The fire was an accident, Mgmt. won't allow tenant to rent another unit. Would like to know rights. Needs spanish interpreter.
