There is trash accumulating in the stairwell. there is so much trash I have to touch as I walk past to get to my apartment. I have severe sensory issues and the smell makes me gag. I have picture/video evidence.

Management has recently changed, no management onsite or answering their phones. No way for tenant to drop off his payment. Does not want to be charged a late fee when he is attempting to get in contact. Tenant rights.
