per csb: Neighbor erected locked enclosed fence to block shared parking and hide vehicles that they are performing mechanical services on for pay. I have a disabled parking permit as well, they curse me out and threatened me when I ask them to remove it. State inspector was out this past Monday, took pictures, and told me to report it.
