My ceiling leaks when it rains in my bedroom and in my bathroom. I have reported the issue multiple times to the manager. Every time they say they fixed it, but the issues persists. The issue has been getting worse over the past three years. The neighboring unit to my north also has water leaking from it's ceiling in the living room. Additionally, the dryer is broken again. Last winter this issue occurred and wasn't fixed for months.

HOUSING--per online--The oven in the kitchen and the heating coil is broken. It currently rests on the rack and is completely in operable. It has been like this since I moved in on July 1st.

HOUSING--per online--Carbon Monoxide alarm is broken. For two weeks it was chirping to be replaced and no one has come out to put in a new one. Now it is completely dead.
