There is a brand-new apartment building, Artix, that regularly uses signage to advertise illegally. The building is located at 420 Queen Anne Ave N, but every weekend someone puts sandwich boards all over the city to advertise. I regularly see two of them placed on Saturdays and Sundays at the corner of Broad and Western, many blocks from the actual building. SMC 23.55 prohibits this type of advertisement. Please enforce the city code.
