PER CSB: Heading north from the provided intersection, on the left-hand side you will see a few blocking boards between 4205(house) and 4215(DAVINCI apartment), walk inside along the wooden fences and you can see the mixed garbage/debris there. I am not sure if anyone is still living in that house due to its untidiness, but the garbage has been there at least for a couple of weeks.
