The stairs are in decay. The 2nd floor stairs show visible of rust and imminent failure and the stress of the metal and concrete can be heard when occupants step on them.

The external lights towards the bottom of the staircase, have been burnt out for several months. In addition to this, the on-site laundry services consist of two washers, and two dryers, all of which have been non-operational for several months myself, and several other tenants have attempted to reach out to the landlord directly to perform the necessary repairs, and the landlord has been unresponsive towards all of us.
