The call box at the front door of the apartment building isn't working and mail services need to access the building to deliver mail. They can't if the call box doesn't work.

The apartment building that I live in has been experiencing water heater issues for about 5 days now as of April 16th. The water never gets hot, just about lukewarm and in the afternoon and into the evening it is cold. The property manger was made aware of the issue on Monday 4/12, but the problem has not been fixed. The heating is also affected by the lack of hot water.
