Multiple break-ins impacting storage units and cars in our secured garage have occurred in the apartment complex in recent months. Following each break in, I have observed that the main building entrance door does not always self-close, which likely has provided access to these secured locations. Also, the non-electronic garage-to-exterior door (a metal gate) does not always reliably self close.
