The business across from my apartment has "open" signs that strobe and flash. When the business was open for business they left them on at all hours of the day and night. The location has been up for lease for awhile now. However, someone entered the location this afternoon (3/5/26) and turned the signs on and did not turn them off. They are disruptive and incredibly stressful to watch at all hours of the day while I am at home.

My landlord has entered my unit without warning or consent, citing emergency but it is not an emergency. They also moved my furniture and belongings without permission or warning when I was not there and left everything that way. There was a flood in the unit above mine several weeks ago.
