Some of the bedrooms at The STANDARD AT Seattle student apartments do not have windows or airvents and yet are being leased out to students. In the 5 bedroom, 3 bath units, the bedroom that has a private bath has neither windows or air vents. The building manager when asked said that is fine and there are no compliance issues

The Standard at Seattle engaged in predatory business tactics and pressured me to unknowingly enter into two separate contracts for the same apartment complex and same lease term. I was recently made aware that I have two lease agreements at the Standard at Seattle for the contract term of 9/18/2026 to 8/27/2027.
