Copied from 8/8/13 email:"1. Mtr# 13749 ..all conductors have been removed from meter socket, I removed meter and I/T'd socket, need removal order? Also this meter doesn't serve 4228 it was a hse meter. 2. A rewire panel change was done, NO final inspection, some of the wires there is very questionable and maybe unsafe? Can we have DPD inspect this ASAP?3. Need to do complete SP check, appears to be mixed loads with house loads and other meters.4. Need Key box location ok for installation**I ma
