Plug-in heater in the living room is not working and has never worked. A water leak from a unit above on April 19th damaged the ceiling. The owner opened up a hole in the ceiling in one the bedrooms to look for the leak. He couldn't find it. He came over a second time and still couldn't find it. Now he wants to open up a hole in the ceiling in one of the other bedrooms to look for it. Meanwhile water keeps trickling through the existing hole into trash cans set up to catch it.
