I contacted my landlord on 11/29/23 about my toilet leaking water from the base. Repairs began over 10 days later. The issue was not resolved, I contacted my landlord again, and the people she sent to fix the leak denied a leak existed and did nothing. I have contacted her again today 06/05/24 because the toilet is still leaking.

My apartment owner/manager hired a contractor to install laminate. During the installation, the contractor used an adhesive which emitted extremely strong fumes & VOCs. The fumes permeated two levels of floors (i.e., work was done on the 1st floor, I could smell the fumes on the 2nd floor, though not as strong as on the 1st floor).
