two downspouts from the large roof at the south of the building are not connected storm drain line. Rain water from the roof is discharged to the ground.

Took bathroom door down does not close all the way, there's a hole in door, took the doorknob off, no doorknob. Baseboard heater in house that's burned out, was re-wired but could be fire hazard. Kitchen sink has no airator, it's broken hanging wires in cabinet.
