Black mold, carpet needs to be replaced due to moisture build up, sewage problems and outlet in living room has exposed wires. Would like an inspector to come check out these issues. Lease is up August 1st but none of her issues have been addressed. Tenant wants guidance on her rights as a tenant because she feels the amount being charged does not reflect the poor living status of her current unit. Tenant reported this end of June.RENT HAS INCREASED 700 FOR NEW LEASE
