Green Lake Village parking strip @ NE corner of Woodlawn Ave NE and NE 71st St. 55" tall bush at the blocks view of pedestrians waiting to cross 71st, also this tall bush is next to stop sign, increasing the hazard. Vegetation is out of compliance and a hazard in an area with tons of pedestrians.

Per online complaint: "There is a huge construction project happening in NE Greenlake. There is a construction crane on the site that has VERY bright lights that are on and shining directly into my windows. The lights are on from 6am to 9pm. Usually there are no workers. Will you have these workers SHUT OFF LIGHT?!"
