The Olive Terrace - Severe building-wide mold hazard. In addition to widespread black mold covering the walls and floors of the shared community laundry room, my individual unit is experiencing catastrophic mold growth due to unaddressed moisture and failed ventilation infrastructure. Construction has shut down 3 street sides of parking. I work nights, and by the time I get home there is already almost no parking. The last street side to close is closing tomorrow for parking and I have no idea where I am going to park. Please help. The street about to close is just east of the corner of E denny way and Summit.
