Tenant recently moved into rental unit - concerned about faulty electrical. Exposed wiring in bathroom (where light fixture previously existed); overhead light in living area doesn't work.

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT:Light switch has melted, half of the outlets in the house do not work. Bathroom/kitchen outlets are non GFCI, breaker may not be arc faults. Back stairway is unsafe and rotting. Basement laundry drywall has fallen in and mold has been growing. Glass window was replaced with plexiglass sheet.
