PER PHONE COMPLAINT: (1) mold in unit, (2) sewer backs up into shower and (3) crack in bedroom window.Complainant lives in split level basement. The unit recently flooded. Since flooding moisture remained in air and carpet would not fully dry. Landlord provided dehumidifier that made things worst with air moisture. On 2/16/17 the maintenance person lifted carpet and there was visible mold everywhere. The sewer backs into the shower drain several times a day. The unit is not livable.***(HZT NOTE
