Violation of Land Use- Outdoor junk storage, exceeding fence height, parking of RV in required front yard. Observed outdoor junk storage including but not limited to appliances, pieces of counter top, wood frames and other items at east side, wood pieces, lumbers and other items in front yard. Also observed an RV parked in the required front yard, the fence height varies from 9 1/2 feet to 10 feet in front yard. Unable to verify if there is a 2nd unit in the basement.

-new 10' - 12' tall fence around the property -RV parked in driveway (neighbors concerned that he may rent this out as an additional dwelling unit) -bottom level appears to be illegal 2nd unit for short term tenants-property owner has told neighbors he's planning to create an area in his back yard for storage of salvaged lumber
