There is a growing pile of junk/trash in the driveway that has been sitting for no less than 5 months. The pile is growing mold and is continuously being added to. The trash blows into the street and adjacent properties when there is wind.

Basement short term rental and all the egress windows were covered with metal gratings. This made them basically unusable in case of emergency.
