Repeated requests to the owner to fix this issue are being ignored. The work site is unsecured and wide open. There is a huge pile of junk in the front yard that has been there for months. There are two large open holes near the driveway that are only partially covered. Workers have been showing up late at night and working loudly until midnight or later. There is no inside or outside toilet. Workers are urinating in the back yard and it stinks.
