Tenant in what appears to be in illegal basement unit. There are two kitchens in this SFR - two separate units (owner lives off site). Landlord is starting eviction process in two days.Please prioritize - it appears we've suspected an illegal unit. Most recent permit is for SFR and was issued this year.
