The new owners of my rental unit tried serving me a 60 day notice to vacate during the moratorium saying that they want to remodel. When I told them that their request didn't follow current city and state mandates they are retaliating. There are holes in the walls that allow water to come into my apartment any time it rains and after. I informed my landlord of the situation many times over the past several years and the only thing she has done is attempt to hide the damage with rotten moldy carpet and underlayment, spray great stuff into a crack and threaten to charge me additional money for storage.
