Been dealing with a brokensewer line since 12/26. Every time toilet is flushed,the wastewater ends up onthe bathroom floor. Theowner says he can getsomeone out to repairnext week.

Can landlord write in to the lease that the renewal that the rent will automatically increase? Can they require tenant do get a specific renter's insurance? Can they require tenant to pay thru the portal and not thru a check mailed in?
