I am requesting an inspection of my apartment, Unit #308 at Maple Leaf Flats, due to an ongoing habitability issue that management has failed to resolve despite repeated maintenance requests over approximately eight months. I have lived in this apartment for nearly four years and had no significant issues until approximately October or November 2025, when a strong foul odor began emanating from underneath my kitchen sink. Today at 6:30 AM, I woke to metal saw grinding, trucks backing in and out, and other heavy construction noise.
