Residents continue to leave excessive garbage out on the city grass strip. At end of month when tenants leave the landlord does not seem to take any action to have excess furniture removed. This spills into neighboring yards. Residents now leaving furniture in the same area on purpose. Multiple efforts to return the garbage to their area result in the tenants putting it back in my yard. This is unacceptable behavior.
