Has tenant who has been there for a year. There was a laundry issue going on for a year. Landlord fixed issue, tenant was not satisfied with way it was fixed. Landlord offered 3 months of free rent. After negotiation, landlord and tenant decided tenant would move out. After agreement was made, tenant does not want to leave. Landlord is seeking rights and legal process to get tenant out of unit.
