Landlord is using brokerage for insurance and requirement is that she pay 3x rent to move in. This exceeds MFTE requirements.

A one bedroom requires a window and closing door to qualify as a one bedroom. An urban or open one bedroom is a studio. Assigned MFTE is an open one bedroom which is not a one bedroom and I should be charged the studio rate instead of the one bedroom rate. Also the rent increases for low income homes is not affordable. Some of us are on fixed incomes and this was supposed to help us. Instead you raise the rent 10% a year and we cannot afford it.
