We are running dehumidifiers 24/7 due to moisture. We have ants in different areas of apartment that come and go. There is a musty smell in the second bedroom where there is a manhole leading to a sump pump in the closet.

Our door leading from the central area to the apartment is hollow, and our primary door to the central area does not latch properly and has not been repaired by the landlord. Probably many other code issues as well
