Duplicate 012201-25CPCSB 25-00289779 Homeless encampment next to my apartment, 4520 7th Ave NE. Blocks back entrance of apartment. Debris, human waste, and tent make me feel unsafe. In addition there is a dead rat on the sidewalk near Blue Moon, it has been there for a few weeks now.
