Apt Complex was sold last year to a company that is offering Mfte rent reduction. Several of us applied and were verbally approved and we sent in all requested documentation. We were told our new rent reduction amount and that all utility bills would be paid also. This was over 8 months ago the managers, Aimee and Natalia will not answer emails, phone calls or texts. I personally have sent 5 inquiries. In the meantime, they are processing new tenants immediately and completely ignoring the exis
