Per online complaint "The neighbor at this location has let their garbage accumulate on the side of their house, and it spreading onto our pathway to our front door. It has been like this for months. They have also been using our garbage bin for their trash as well."

Per online complaint, "We believe that are unit is currently not up to code regarding several issues, including the insulation, electrical wiring, and weather proofing. We have also had a mouse/rat and fly infestation, and problems with the sewer backing up and flooding into our bathroom/bedroom. Our ceiling leaks, too."
