This spills out into sidewalk in front of house and alley behind it. A homeless individual has been living in the yard off and on for several months and they do nothing about it.

Most items are in overflowing garbage/recycling bins that appear not to have been picked up in weeks if not months, unclear why they have not been picked up by garbage company on collection routes.
