My downstairs neighbor at The Lohas apartment complex, their unit is below ours, unit 402, the full address is 4558 7th ave ne Seattle Wa 98105, gate code to get in to the property is 12689. The dryer in our apartment has stopped working. This occurred on September 22nd, and notice of the issue was submitted to the property management through official channels same day. We did not hear back from a human being (automatic email reply were sent) until October 7th, well over the typical 10 day time frame to begin repairs for general appliances. Furthermore, after a brief visit from a maintenance person, additional appliance repair personnel were needed, but this did not get scheduled.

Maintenance man for my apartment (LOHAS Apartments) said he needed to come by from10am - 12 noon to inspect a smoke detector.  He never showed up and I had errands I needed to run so I left and returned just before 1pm to find the maintenance man in our apartment without consent.  I texted him before I left just after 12 noon stating that he needed to reschedule with us.  So I came home and he was inside with his shoes on without permission - I was not happy.  The property management company
