Noise Complaint -1. The apartment does not add enough soundproofing to block the nearby noise;2. The nearby USPS position performs loading/unloading during the quiet hours (2-6 am) consistently with high noise. It can be heard when the windows are closed.

Per Online; Developer mutilated two red oaks on US Postal Service property adjacent to project. South oak has only one branch remaining. North oak has lost 70 percent of its canopy and new structure is currently being constructed directly touching its remaining limbs. Arborist report submitted by developer appears incorrect, stating that the trees are 28" and 28.6" DBH. Measurements are 28.6" DBH for south oak and 30.6" DBH for north oak, see photo.
